Prior to starting Premium Homes, LLC, the owner, Van Rowls had the opportunity to work for several large, well-known General Contractors. He never liked how those companies treated customers, particularly women and the elderly. Additionally, he never liked how those companies overcharged clients and underdelivered. He wanted to start a company that would provide high-end, high-quality work at the most affordable price possible so that everything from needed repairs to dream remodels would be within reach for the majority of clients.
